- Our Project Lit book of the month is “Born a Crime” by the Daily Show’s Trevor Noah. If you are interested in reading Project Lit books and getting involved in the Project Lit movement, join our Schoology group today! Come by the library for the link.
Our Florida Teens Read group and quizzes are now live on Schoology! Ask your English teacher or Ms. Neff on information on how to join.
- September is National Library Card Sign-up Month! Make sure to stop by your local library to sign up for a FREE card that gives you access to thousands of books, movies, CDs, and digital tools.
- Starting Today till next Thursday there will be a sign-up sheet on the outside door of room 290 for Best Buddies. Best Buddies is a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships with people that have intellectual & developmental disabilities. Spreading inclusion around our schools. If, interested in joining, please stop by the door of room 290.
- Congratulations to the Cross-Country Team for their awesome performance on Saturday’s home Falcon 5k. The Girls Varsity team placed 2nd. The girls were led by Olivia Kemp, Salah Miller, Astrid Winer, Riley Reinhold and Marley Concha. The boys team was victorious and placed first. The boys were led by Ian Kelber, Ryan Jones, Luke Lawrence, Josh Brett and Sam Courter. Congratulations Falcon Harriers.
