Good afternoon Falcons! Here are your announcements
*Missing Assignment Lunch- today, during all lunches.
*The Book Club Battle Team will meet after school in the Media Center Thursday, Jan. 24th. Please be sure you have a ride home.
*On Wednesday Jan. 30th from 5:pm – 7:30 pm Join the Model United Nations in the PAC as we remember the millions of victims who suffered during the Holocaust. We will be showing the movie “Life is Beautiful”, a story about a Jewish-Italian family separated by the Nazis and taken to a concentration camp. We will conclude with time for discussion and reflection.
*Anyone interested in being a contestant for the 2019 Talent Show need to see Coach Ryan in room 935. Tickets are now available on SchoolPay. Talent Show is Feb. 28th and tickets are $8.00. See you there.
*There will be a box in your First period class starting Monday, Jan. 28th through Friday, Feb. 8th to donate item for St. Johns Homeless Coalition. Blankets, Jackets, and Outerwear, are needed. Donut Breakfast on Wed. Feb 13th for the most Donated.
*Sports News:
Congrats to the girls weightlifting team who finished 2nd at the regional Championships last night. Placers included: 1st Place – Emonei Wynn & Daniela Murillo-Mendoza, 2nd Place – Kylie Stebbins, 3rd Place – Alyssa Semmelmen, Anyiah Foster, Lauren Prosuch, & Ella Chang, 4th Place – Ashley Fuentes, 5th Place – Ariana Rodriguez, & Kati Ann Vickers, & 6th Place – Karenna Rodriguez.
