GIRLS SOCCER – Fall 2020 Conditioning Plans!
Tuesdays  4:30-5:45pm and Thursdays 4:30-5:45pm

**Last Week Of Conditioning Will Be 10/13 & 10/15

o Meet at the practice field
o Wear running shoes
o We will be Conditioning, Strength Training and Injury Prevention Training

You MUST be cleared through ATHLETIC CLEARANCE (see handout) to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tryouts will be Monday, Oct 19th , Tuesday, Oct 20th  and Thursday, Oct 22nd.
