Pre-IB summer reading[Link] Standard 9th graders must read one of the Teen reads (listed on the school home page) over the summer.  There will be an assignment within the first 2 weeks of school. Walk in with a positive attitude. Get to work right away. Bring your English notebook, highlighters, and pens/pencils to class. Write down your homework assignments in your planner. Go to the posted class calendar after an absence. Make up missed tests and assignments the day after you return from an absence. No food, i-pods, cell phones or hats Challenge yourself.
