- This year, representatives to the Student Council will be elected. Four seats for each of the 4 classes are up for election. Beginning on October 1st, petitions to run for a seat in the Student Council may be obtained in the Media Center & in room #’s 935,770,845,840,855.
- Boys Basketball conditioning starts Monday September 30th after school. You must have a current physical to participate. Please see Coach Matthews if you have any questions.
- If you missed the first informational meeting about next summer’s trip to Paris, Provence and Barcelona, don’t worry. Mr. Miller, adviser to the student council is holding a second meeting Wednesday October 1st @ 7:00 pm in the media center. Take a chance, find out about the trip, & then make up your mind.
- Attention CURRENT NHS members: Please sign up to volunteer to help at Induction outside of Mrs. Paone’s room 845 by Wednesday, October 2nd.
- Jason Duff, Match Medalist, shot a 6 under par 66 to lead the Boy’s Golf Team to a 3rd. place finish in the St Johns River Athletic Conference Golf Tournament. Also scoring was Dylan Harper even Par 71, Daniel Rot 74. The Boy’s finished 5 shots out of first place with a 303 finish.
