Boys Tennis – In a St. Johns River Athletic Conference match Pedro Menendez boys defeated Matanzas 7-0. Team records – Pedro Menendez 1-0 Matanzas 0-1.
Seniors & Juniors – We will be taking a field trip to St. Johns River State College on March 4th. Any junior or senior who is interested in visiting the college may attend.
Please pick up a form from Mrs. Danner. The first 45 people to sign up will be allowed to attend.
Any student wanting to ride the spirit bus to the Girls Basketball game Thursday night must see Mrs. Taylor for a permission slip. The permission slips must be turned in by the end of school today. If there are not enough students signed up the we will not be getting a Spirit Bus.

Ruff Club is sponsoring a pet food drive to help local animal rescue organizations. Please bring in dog and cat food to your first period class through Friday, Feb 12th.
The classroom with the most donations (based on class size and food weight) will win a Chick-fil A breakfast during the week of February 14th.

Attention all students taking the ACT Saturday, February 6th. Please plan to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00am. Students that arrive late may not be allowed to test.
Also be sure to please bring your ACT registration ticket as well as a valid ID with you.
Acceptable forms of ID include your driver’s license or school ID. Sign in will take place in the cafeteria.

VyStar is now accepting applications for openings in the student branch for next year. To apply you must be a member of the business academy of currently taking a business course. Applicants must also have a good grades and cannot have any disciplinary issues. Pick up an application from Mr. Connors in room 960 or in the credit union during lunch.
